Delete your account

You can delete your My Cardamom Estate account and all its data at any time.

Delete in the app

Open My Cardamom Estate and sign in.
Tap your profile circle (top right of the home screen).
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. You are signed out straight away.

Can't use the app?

Email support@mycardamomestate.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and include the mobile number you signed up with. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted	When
Your profile (name, mobile number)	Account deactivated immediately; permanently erased after 30 days
All estate data: plots, workers, attendance, payroll, settlements, bonuses, fertilizer schedules and history, inventory, purchases and AI scan photos

Changed your mind? Sign in again within 30 days and your account and data are restored. After 30 days, deletion cannot be undone.

Your Pro subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription — Apple and Google manage billing. Cancel it in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) to stop future charges.

Data we may keep

We may keep limited records only where the law requires it (for example, tax records of payments). These are not used for any other purpose.
