My Cardamom EstateTerms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the My Cardamom Estate app and website (the "Service"), provided by Griffon Webstudios ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
My Cardamom Estate helps cardamom estate owners manage fertilizer schedules, inventory, worker attendance, weekly payroll, year-end settlements, gratuity and AI crop diagnosis.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide a valid mobile number.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone secure.
- The information you enter — including worker records — must be accurate, and you must have the right to record it.
3. Free trial, free plan and Pro
- New accounts get a 30-day Pro trial at no cost and without payment details.
- After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan (up to 5 active workers, 10 AI scans a month, no PDF exports or spreadsheet import) unless you subscribe.
- Pro costs ₹4,200 per year (or the local price shown in your app store) and unlocks all features.
4. Payments, renewal and cancellation
- Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to your store account.
- The subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid year.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Payroll and wage calculations
The app calculates wages from the Cardamom Growers Association rates and settings you enter or confirm. You remain responsible for checking that wage rates, attendance and payments are correct and comply with applicable agreements and laws before paying your workers. When the app copies forward rates for a new quarter, please confirm them against the latest circular.
6. AI crop diagnosis
AI diagnosis gives a likely cause and suggested treatment based on a photo. It can be wrong. It is not a substitute for advice from an agricultural expert. Always follow product labels and local regulations when using fertilizers or pesticides.
7. Your data
You own the data you enter. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service — for example, by trying to access other users' data, interfering with the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Parts of the app work offline and sync when you reconnect.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from wage, fertilizer or treatment decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [City], India.
